Default M30 sigma alarm

Anyone with any knowledge my keypad was not working so just fitted another one now the light on the keypad is always on and this one does not seem to work as well.Do i go get another keypad/alarm or do i need to do something else to make it work. Please help me!!!!!!

Try the SIDC site - look for sam or sigma sam or such like - he knows

Do you have a manual? I have a similar alarm on my old 944 and I have a manual somewhere: theres also a .pdf available too.
