Default EDL get spanked by Unite Against fascism

Police try to control demo rivals - Yahoo! News UK

Ironic that ony 3 EDL protesters arrested yet 31 arrested from UAF.

Who in ther right mind allowed the two groups to march in the same area on the same day - beggars belief.

I wonder if one group just turned up annanounced maybe

UAF - For people so against fascism which i understand from history is against free speech/will, use bullying tactics and violence to enfoce their will and views on others who dissagree with thier views they do an awful good job of looking like thugs and fascists themselves IMHO

Not if you read it

There are around 2,000 UAF protesters in the square but the number of EDL demonstrators is much lower

Left wing fascists versus right wing fascists the only difference is one is government funded
And here is a list of government supporters of the uaf

Unite Against Fascism - About the UAF, and how you can help stop the BNP

Some of those were calling for the unearthed bnp members who were in public service jobs to be sacked. Hypocrisy anyone?

Strange they seem to forget that there are black and Asian supporters of the edl but paint them as football hooligans up for a fight.

You mean a little like back in the 30's when Jews where removed from their jobs and positions of power, hmm, sounds familiar...

Best we be careful or some jackbooted UAF may come and remove us in the middle of the night.

I find the left wing extremists as bad if not worse than the right wing, for all thier preaching they still employ the same tactics and yet they claim to know better - just how wrong is that!

3 EDL and 30+ UAF arrested so far so unless there where only 3 EDL marchers it seems the UAF are winning - so far that is

I'm considering starting a MOR (Middle Of the Road) organisation - so that we can find out when these protests are happening and go and stand in the middle telling both sides that we're actually right.....

I dislike the BNP and for that part any fascist group - but to my knowledge they're not illegal as is their right to march down the middle a chosen city. But I despise even more these student type anti-anti organisations who think they speak for the rest of the UK and go along to "show them they won't be walked over!" - ******* student tossers the lot of them.....

I believe in maths Mr H. but I'm also aware of proportionate percentages

Good for you - Police said there are 2,000 EDL protesters in the square, and around 1,500 from UAF. source 55 arrests at protests (From This Is Lancashire)

BTW i like the idea of the MOR march/party - might just be for me!

If it goes well we could turn it into a cult religious order

I feel that these UAF types are just out having a bit of a laugh at the retarded white skinheads though, I mean look through the list of supporting music bands, it's almost trendy to be involved rather than a real matter of life and death....

Among those arrested were a UAF organiser, Weyman Benett, on suspicion of conspiracy to commit violent disorder, police said.

Hes a nice wholesome chap with a clear message
YouTube - Weyman Bennett UAF talking nonsense

inciting violence
YouTube - Weyman Bennett of the UAF accuses BNP of murder

Nice guy
YouTube - UAF WeymanBennett Picadilly antiEDL

Just as bad if not worse than the very people they claim to despise - IMHO of course

Interesting to see the BBC reported this figure earlier, but have since re-worded their article as it was reflecting the fact that clearly the UAF were causing all the trouble, and clearly the far-left BBC is right behind the UAF really.

people were arrested, including the UAF protest organiser on suspicion of conspiracy to commit violent disorder
Does this mean no more Martin2005 on the forum then?

Translation of a typical Paul Habgood post

I love the BNP and all other fascist parties. I defend the right of all such parties to spew hatred. I defend their right to deny the holocaust, denounce homosexuality and deny people entry to their party on the basis of the colour of their skin. I have no problem with the fact that the leader of the party is a convicted criminal as are some of their other high ranking officials.
If any other organization seeks to tackle them I will label THEM as fascists

PS as I always say at the end of all my posts....I hate the BNP (sssh, don't tell anybody but they actually give me a stiffy)

I saw earlier one of the uaf supporters being arrested and calls for the police officer to "get your filthy hands off me you ******" Is that not a fascist comment? Paul must be a schizophrenic supporting the far left and the far right at the same time.

That might well be your translation, sadly and not for the first time you are completely and utterly wrong. Yet again you miss the point.

If you feel the UAF are a good thing, then so be it.

As I pointed out (maybe a little too subtle for you?) I dislike both left and right wing fanatics. If you wish to read more into it then more fool you really.

Your frivolous use of the holocaust to help make your incorrect and childish point only shows what a small-minded, sad little man you really are!

Get a grip and a life - there's a good boy

You must be very athletic to be able to do both at once!

Isn't it encouraging to see DCI advertising his allegiance to his own true religion?

Les - atheism isn't a religion is a baseline stance the "fundamentalist" bit is just for you, as by having no belief mechanism I can't actually be a fundamentalist about anything..... still it's Sunday so enjoy your cult religious fever, I just really hope you've actually picked the right one *snigger*

Well you could say the same thing about belief in an all powerful supreme being, whoever he might be. You must be a believing atheist surely.

I think that makes it a tie!

I don't get feverish over anything any more! Life is too short.
