i didnt think it was the bullet but the shell that hit him that gets left behind when its fired ?

when he fires the shell shoots out,this time it shot up and directly back down onto his Yud

thats what i have always thought anyway,never known of a bullet to be fired out and do a boomerang on the firer.

no wasn;t the shell casing, was a ricoche (sp), you can here it comming back just before it hits.

looking at it again you can see the casing eject left out of frame, then the bullet come back and bounce of the ground

I have a feeling they were shooting at something they should not have been.... back stops tend to be made out of very large piles of soil or such like and you would not get such a ricochet.

The whistle noise you hear just before it hits him is a classic sound of a ricochet as the round spins in the air - if you were on a range and you heard this everyone would hit the deck!

If you listen closely, they say something along the lines of

"Thats the last time we shoot iron"

Possibly they were shooting at an iron /steel plate to see what the rounds could punch through

There is no way LHO shot JFK, he was killed before he could open his mouth.
Irrespective of what the US say & what "butchered" videography they show it was (in my opinion) impossible for him to shoot him.
