is there something on the net like photobucket that creates it and gives you the html code?

I don't get why people don't fix them first and then sell them if it really only needs a fiver spending on it.

It's like when people sell a car and say it needs a tyre for an MoT. Get a part-worn and an MoT then, you muppet, and sell it for a lot more.
