Russian Mick. Similar to the cheap sites from two or three years ago. They only have to pay a small fee to the Russian equivalent of the BPI and the artitst gets chuff-all; if I remember rightly.
How good your right to use is is questionable, but I doubt that youll get any nasty letters: as you might after using TPB or IH.....

Sounds like a right old loophole, not too keen on some crazy rule bending ruskies having my details though.
Never used any of the previous cheap sites so i have no experience of this type of download.

There are a few Russian ones around. My friend found one that accepts paypal, so it's safer than most - can't remember the name but I can find out if you're interested.

I've used it, it seems like we never need to put more money in it! Occasionally, they do deals that top up your account, etc. My only beef is that some obscure stuff isn't available and it takes a while to get new stuff sometimes. Dirt cheap though.
