How easy to steal a 2006 BMW 330i ?
We have come in to work today and someone has parked a BMW 330i in our car park, its open to the public but normally only locals park in here. Looking closer at the car the rear door is bent out at the top and the rubber seal is damaged. I cant see an ignition slot only a push button start?
I have called the cops and they say its not currently reported stolen, so I checked the CCTV footage and three blokes turned up in 2 cars last night park the bmw and then drive off in another car. The car does have a space saver on the front wheel so I am thinking maybe they didn't want to drive it home?
Hope someone is not missing there pride and joy, I just wondered its quite nice but they have parked in tightly in between 2 heaps of junk (people only drive crap heaps round here!) when the rest of the car park is empty?

Wont have been reported if the owners are on holiday for example. A space saver is supposed to get you home that is the whole point of them so can't believe that is the reason, not unless it's got a bald tyre or is defective in some way.
The bent rear door looks exactly like it's been broken into so if nothing else i'd make sure the CCTV is recording where the car is parked to see what happens to it. It's also parked between 2 other cars instead of an open space so as to try and hide it better.

You can't drive one of them without the key so I'd be surprised if the door damage was anything to do with it being stolen... unless the keys were locked inside, on show, by mistake.
