I've done a search but haven't come up with much. There seem to be 2 year bonds paying 4%, but thats too long.

Firstsave have a 90 day notice acct paying 3.25%. Its the UK arm of a NIGERIAN bank, but is covered by the govts £50k indemnity, so should be safe??

I'm after something like a 6 month bond or notice acct, no withdrawals needed.

What's the best deal at the moment?

FirstSave are said to be ok, but I've not taken the chance myself.

The best big(ish) name with a good bond rate is Newcastle BS @ 2.95%, but you can get 3%+ from a few instant access accounts, so why bother?

Thanks, I've found some. Stupid moneysupermarket website has changed, so sponsored accts show up first, but you have to search for the best ones.
