Replacement Virgin Media STB

I spilled a can of coke on my STB and now its dry it wont turn on. How much do they charge for a new box? Its just the standard Samsung.

clean it, ring them and they will swap it.

Dont mention coke spill!

Tell them its stopped working and they replace for free, Ive had a couple over the years
