Iphone losing signal on Orange
Had my iphone 3g 16gb for a while now. Got it Jailbroke and Unlocked the other week on 3.1.2.
Works ok for about 3-5hrs then Loses all signal. Still says Orange screen. Only works if you put the Sim in my old phone then back in the iphone. Same thing again happens!
Tried the Flight Mode trick, no good, Tried using Yellowsn0w. Still the same. Going off the Net, most people are having the same problems.
Anybody Heard of away around this. I've done Everything up to now

Install SBSettings and use the 3G toggle on/off to restore connection.
Better yet, if you dont need jailbreak you bought on o2 from either o2, CPW or Apple then you can get it unlocked to any network using the official apple method here
Unlock my iPhone - iPhone
Im just waiting for my iphone unlock to come thru and I might just revert my iphone back to factory

I had the same problem with my iPhone 3g when i jailbroke it. Was always loosing 3g connection. I kept having to reset the data connections multiple times per day. I have now restored it to standard and havn't had any problems since, touch wood.
On o2 btw.
