IF 3G goes down, the service will revert to 2G

Yeah, it's a known issue at O2. Couldn't send MMS or get any data connection yesterday.

Yep was down all day yesterday, frickin typical was out and about in London and the first time I needed a mobile signal for god knows how long and it was down all day, $hitty $hitty O2! actually on the whole they;re good. Probably the weather, its screwing everything else in this country at the mo, those amazingly low minus 2 and 3 degree temps are a real struggle to deal with!

had this yesterday went into o2 shop, they said its a known problem and should be cured on the next update. to rectify:
1 settings
2 general
3 network
4 cellular data network
5 top apn should read. mobile.o2.co.uk but probably reads something different. change it and all should be ok.
