You can create a barred buyers list or just list it UK only. The UK only option barrs bids from the South though. Theres also a buyers requirement option which sorts the chaff

Sweet! as thats exactly my probs, the guys foreign and ignored the fact I told him i'd let him know the cost of shipping before bidding.

you can ban people from bidding, you need to go into the help menu and go from there, its something i normally do when you get a Muppet taking the **** just to prevent them from using buy it now, with no intention of paying and leaving negative.

I know this doesn't apply in this instance but just for some info:
Some people are based in England although it says the member's location may be, say for example Poland.
I sold a KTM bike and even after stating "UK bidders only" some guy who's location was listed as Poland won it. When he made contact he said he would be along the next morning to pick it up. He turned up on time, paid cash and took the bike. Nice n easy for me thanks.
