Another eBay question
I listed an item and it sold for 99p, no worries £5 delivery. - eBay marks it as Special delivery.
Send the misses to the post off as I'm in another part of the country with work and its comes to just over £5 for 1st class .. so she does it ..
Bloke contacts me asking for tracking number and I reply, I had it posted on Saturday, has it come today.
He opens a dispute .. ok for £6 is F'all but I don't want this guy stealing from me .. but then the listing did say special delivery ..
Thoughts ?

depends,if he needed it next day etc and bought it on the advert of special (next day before 1pm) then yeah,he has grounds as he didnt get it next day,if he paid £5.99 for an item that would be £20 say then no problems u sending it 1st class IF he didnt need/want it next day,if it was for the car and its MOT etc
