To the young lady on the M25 this morning...
Lane 3 in rush hour is not the place to be applying make-up and preening yourself you utter bonehead. Three different cars you nearly sideswiped in your silver Pugeot 307, registration WR53BMZ.
There are times I just wish I could switch on a set of blue flashing lights behind the grill.

Hmm, I'd have thought that the M25 in the rush hour would be a perfectly safe place to apply make-up. I doubt if anyone was moving.

Trouble is she did get up early enough to do it at home, but by the time she'd ironed her husband's clean shirt, made his breakfast, walked the dog & fetched the paper for him, made his packed lunch, got the kids up, made their packed lunch, taken them to school, returning home twice for forgotten homework & PE kit, she didn't get chance.......
Thing is, these people clearly are brainless - which explains why she needs the makeup!

I see this sort of thing all the time on the M4. Was overtaken by an X5 last night, and the driver had a laptop open in front of him (covering the steering wheel). Must have easily been doing 80mph+
It's a good job we've got so many traffic cops patrolling the roads, or these people would keep getting away with it <sigh>...

bloke i used to work with never stopped, was like on speed all the time, did 4 things at once alll the time, this one time he was driving the transit van, rolling a *** and driving/steering with his knees,i was only 16 so kinda just accepted it, and a pheasant came flying out and whack,we hit it and his roll up tin went everywhere and he spent the next 10 mins picking it all up while dribing along
he then had a massive heart attack at 56 and didnt work after that

oh, that and one I've only ever seen once - girl I was seeing used to mix two liquid foundations together to get the colour she wanted .... on the steering wheel. Not in a pot but literally two dollops onto the steering wheel centre and mix them ON it with her fingers. Would then apply the mixture all at the same time as driving to her destination as fast as possible.

Saw one of these 'traffic cop' type programmes a few years ago. The police car was watching 3 lanes of stationary traffic on the M25 when some eeriot came barrelling up the hard shoulder, reading a paper as well. Cops stopped him. He winds down his window as they something like 'do you know why we've stopped you sir?'. His reply 'but I'm an accountant ...' ..... I'll have to try that one sometime .....
Another M25 one. When they were taking it from 3 lanes to 4 (or whatever, so a few years ago) it would always come to a grinding halt around J10 (going towards the M4, morning rush hour). Sitting there waiting for it to move and car came tanking up lane 1 (was clearer for longer than lane 2 where I was) and came to a halt just past me. Obviously in a *hurry* as he went onto the hard shoulder and reversed back about 200 yards so he could then go up the J10 slip. Trouble was there was a traffic car directly above him on the bridge, who spotted him. The driver casually got out and sauntered over to the top of the slip, stood in the road and stopped the guy. I'd love to know what was said ......
