Default Another question about a Panasonic Viera.

I connected the TV to my Pioneer VSX-519-s/-k amp via an HDMI cable. I also connect the optical output from the TV to one of the inputs on the amp via fibre optic cable. when I select the correct input on the amp I get the sound from the TV no problem but it only comes out of the front right hand speaker and not through all of them or even just the centre speaker. I swapped the input and got the same results. I switched through all the surround options but can only get the sound from the tv through one speaker. The suround from DVDs and the FM radio works fine.

Anyone know what is going on here, is summat broken somewhere or is not intended to do what I hoped it would do.??

Cheers
Steve
