Went to see Muse last night. Fantastic.

Hard to categorise their music - very English. Kind of a baroque rock. Somewhere on the road between The Darkness and Queen.

Fabulous stage show - brilliant use of technology - great gig.

Oh and did I mention that I was in the VIP lounge for dinner before the gig? Not very rock and roll I know - but parking right next to the entrance and a nice meal before it starts is very civilised at my advanced years!

Awesome act live, especially as they're a 3 piece, one of the best sets I've seen was Muse at the V festival in the pi$$ing rain in 2001.

Their first 3 albums were top draw but they've gone a bit "poppy" for my liking since then.
