If you can get past Darryl Pandy being a f*cking huge gayer; then this is a house classic. More than that, it invented and defined it.

I dropped the Deep Dish mix above alongside an extended version of 'Voodoo Ray' on one of my House & Trance classics nights when DJ'ing recently. The young un's didn't get it, but I had a few mid-late 30's folk suddenly ravin' Was quite a good feeling.

Its hard to define 'growing up', because Im not finished yet, but my favourite two tracks (if not Felix & Sandy B) are 'Happiness Happening' by Lost Witness and 'The Secret Wish' by Boccaccio Life. Both massive Gatecrasher tunes - the first early and the second late...

Boccaccio Life - The Secret Wish

Lost Witness - Happiness Happening (Lange Mix)

(these You Tube versions are better, but theyre still not ideal. Better heard as track #8 on Gatecrasher Black CD2 and track #18 on MoS Trance Nation CD1)

Cream at The Nation in Liverpool was my haunt, we used to go the last friday of the month. Saw the Chemical Brothers do a 8 hour set there once in the newly opened room with the see through roof
