Got the Chance to buy and Swap some stuff for an iphone. Thing is i'm not on a Contract, i have a works phone i use more. Just wanted a newer Ipod and a Newer Phone. Hence thinking of buying this. If i got it unlocked on a market, how much would it be and could i use my Orange Pay/Go Sim card in it. Not too bothered about using it for Internet etc.

First thing that you need to understand about the iPhone is that if wasn't unlocked when it left the factory then keeping it unlocked can be an ongoing process. If you want to stay up to date with the newest firmware then you need to be careful about when and how you update. Otherwise your unlocked iPhone can become locked again. if you're not comfortable finding a custom firmware and installing it yourself then you need to either

A) Read up on iPhone unlocking and jailbreaking (google is your friend on this fella) or.
B) forget having it unlocked on a different network (unless you can find a factory unlocked model) and go with O2 pay and go.
