I learned the hard way about gravel rash and how painful it can be, especially if it becomes infected.

Just not worth riding a bike without some form of protection, but I see so many riding like that every day!

I actualy did the same thing to an ex but she rotated over backwords and fell straight down on her head,About 20 mates just managed to miss her as she slid down the road on her face at 70mph.Full face lid saved her but she lost a lot of finger nails and toe nails as it removed her shoes and socks.
