Looks pretty real, but surely the guys would have been blown over?!.. the the guy holding the camera gets blown about, but the guy standing looks like nothing happened?

That's the Froggies Pete, so there's a very good chance it's real 
I would guess the reason that the camera gets blown about is becauser it's resting on the floor

The F18 pilot would have found the man standing on the runway would have made it a lot easier to judge his height which was certainly very low indeed.
I felt sorry for the bloke who got hit-sounds like he got away with it though.
