Just in case you're interested, there's a family day at Airbus Broughton today (Hawarden Airport) and there's going to be a flyby of the A380, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Vulcan and Spitfire plus the Red Devils. I believe these are going to be between 1pm and 5pm with the A380 scheduled for just after 3pm (not sure on the rest). You won't get into the official day unless you work for Airbus or are invited but they can't stop you looking up if you're in the area

It's very big! But also very quiet! Very impressive!

Didn't come close to the Dakota flying over the house (Carlilse) today

I did a flying lesson in a Cessna 172 last year at Liverpool Airport and we followed a Dakota out that was on it's way to an airshow in France.
