Another GATSO question
#1
Was double flashed last night by a GATSO on Southend seafront.
But this was on the other side of the road facing traffic in the other direction and the road is very wide. (i.e. enough room if they wanted to put two lanes in each direction).
If you ignore the fact that I was going faster than 30 do you think I'm OK or not ?

Cheers Scraps,
I've only had the Scoobs a week and with about 8 years of accident and conviction free driving I'm extremely careful about where I drive at "31 mph", and I know where all the local cameras are,so I was not expecting the double flash in the other direction.
I looked at a Speed Camera site last night which claims that 99.99% of all old-fashioned Gatso's are for direction of travel only and if you get flashed going the other way the camera's radar angle is calibrated incorrectly.
They have 14 days from the offence to prove otherwise.
