One of the sites I "operate" on has four male and four female staff....

Yesterday they were interviewing for maternity cover, as the "blond one" is leaving for a year.... so guess which candidate got the job ?

1. Achtung the German -female brunette.
2. Our "multi-cultural" candidate - female brunette.
3. "New Degree + suit" - male.
4. Unknown other - I was busy....
5. "Fluffy Irish blonde + new degree".















And the winner is...... fluffy Irish blonde !

No surprise there then.

Cheaper wages and visual perks, can't argue with that logic (albeit flawed)

I was in the VW garage the other day and was gobsmaked at the seemingly large number of fit, hot, young and totally redundant secrtarial staff present in the showroom. Their overheads must be hugee!

 

I know - I used to go to what is now Citigate VW in High Wycombe and it was ram-jam-full of fit young birds. Made waiting for the car a bit easier (on the eye).

 

Now just wait for the "Multi-Cultural" canditate to sue for Racial discrimination.

Get the (female) candidate to put their hands behind their head and walk to the door, if their t*ts touch the door before their elbows then they get the job.
