Theresa Winters, a woman who has already had 13 babies taken into care, is pregnant with her 14th child - and says she will keep on trying for more until she is allowed to keep one.
However, her sister has said she is a "baby factory" who has vowed to keep getting pregnant.
Louise Walls, 37, a mother of three from Northampton, said: "Whenever I have asked her why she keeps getting pregnant when she knows the baby will be taken off her she says 'I don't give a ----', I just want the government to pay for them.
about time this nanny state did something about this and the likes of this - sterilise the mongel

If i was her sister id section her ,
Having said that we dont know the details of why theyve not been allowed to keep the babies , im afraid it says as much about our society as it does this couple

What really sucks is that there are 13 children in care because she cannot 'bond' with her kids - 13 children without parents living in care because of her selfish, stupid ways irresponsible ways.
Likely another one to join them son as well.
No one wins with this and she should be sterilised.

They dont need to work or worry about money do they? They are getting £1100 a month to spend on whatever they want. Only have the utilities and food to pay for out of that, everything else is paid for.

Im sure they can have a law passed that can forbid her from doing the same again. If it is proven that she is a career neglector then she should be charged with it....prison for monkey woman!!!

If she knowingly isn't capable of looking after children, isn't she committing a form of child cruelty?

Is the only reason the kids were taken away because she cant bond with them,as looks like she's a sandwich short of a picnic to me
If theres no way they would ever let her keep any of the kids she has,she should be forced to into being Sterilised as she's some kinda

I'm with Deng Xiaoping on cases like this.
If you are having more than one child you would need to pass a general test of having enough brain cells to cope with getting off your fat **** and doing something constructive for the economy.

a) How the heck was she not neutered (and I use that veterinary term deliberately) after, oh, I don't know, say number 10!
b) Who the heck bonks a lass who's laid 12 sprogs; no way is there going to be any tread left on those tyres
You may as well stick your pride and joy in the opening of the Eurotunnel, at least that way you might get lucky and poke an illegal immigrant in the face!
