Sorry.. Another eBay opinion wanted thread.
I bought something from ebay that arrived yesterday, When it arrived (it was an item of jewelry) it looked fake, I took it to Tramps were they confirmed it was fake. I emailed the seller, she replied.
"If you buy something that cheap in general its going to be fake" However she had listed it as genuine.
Should I
A, Get a refund (it has been offered)?
B, Take the "screw you" attitude as she is being a choppsie idiot and report her?
The item was really cheap and I can afford to lose the amount it cost, obviously would prefer not to but it wont break the bank.
After I was done out of £880 on ebay last month I am a bit anti bad sellers on ebay now and I wonder if this is tainting my view.

If it was advertised as genuine, it should be genuine. Would you have bought it if she had stated 'fake' on the listing? I don't think you would. Report her mate.
