Stanley knife users... This threads for you
Howdy,
Puchased one of these from B&Q today and i'm well impressed so thought i'd share lol
I've lost count of the amount of Draper etc snap blade stanley knives i have bought in the past,
I thought i'd give this ago today, bought for £4 ish,
Has full metal housing,
Comes with 7 spare blades,
The difference with this one is it has a blade magazine so can hold and additional 4 blades in the handle,
The blade locks off with and adjustable screw on the back which is a blade lock, stabliser and saftey lock when blade is retracted
Once you've finished with the last of the blade fitted, (or snapped it off right it the bottom which I have done loads of times),
You simply slide the button/switch thingy to the end of the knife, the old blade pops out, then you slide it back the the bottom and it auto inserts a full new blade from the handle, genius lol
I've never seen these before but would advise anyone who uses stanley knives for the odd job on the car to defo invest in one of these

Does anyone else ALWAYS replace the blade in their stanley knife every time they use it?
Even if it's just for some light/easy jobs i always have to change it.
The thought of not having a new virgin razor sharp blade ready and waiting the next time i use it would upset me.
