Useless tossers.

Ordered new washing machine to be delivered on Fri. They sent the wrong one. Went to shop on Sat and reordered delivery, got some money back compo for them being useless.

Waited for delivery today 10-1. 1pm comes, no big white truck, ring them up and get told i will be called back. 3pm comes, ring them again, on hold 30 min and get told they have no record of any order/delivery on their system. I guess i imagined going to the shop on Saturday and the receipt i have i just plucked from thin air.

Only ordered from them as a favour to a friend who had a vid cam he wanted to return that he'd bought on 0% so i gave him the cash and he transfered the finance to my machine.

Can i take them to SCC to claim for my two days wasted time?
