I have had this on my car for years now.
I did it as a pisstake because people told me I cant have a proper 'ring' sticker on my scoob if I have not been there. So as I ahve done the M25 quite a few times, on it went.
BTW you can also get one for the M62 northern ring

I've got an M25 one on my VRS, I bought it the day after I did a lap of the M25, just need to do the whole Nurburgring thing so I can put one on my Scooby......
