Ordering tickets
Has anyone ever ordered tickets at a specific time
Like something im wanting to go to tickets go on sale at 10am on ticketmaster
Do i just refresh the page at 10 and it will let me order them?
How does that work
OR am i better to phone the box office
Cheers in advance

If it's something really popular then you are often better off with the web site as the phone lines tend to get jammed up quite quick. Worth trying both though as the web site can also do similar. I was quite surprised at how well ticketmaster's web site was running when I was trying for some U2 tickets a while back. Just don't have multiple pages / tabs all trying to refresh on the buy tickets page as they seem to realise that you are doing that and stop you buying tickets.
Getting Glastonbury tickets used to be e real mission, the website would normally crash within seconds of them going on sale and then you'd spend the next few hours hitting the refresh button over and over again
