Thats harsh!!!
I reckon it takes atleast 6 months to get over someone....as long as you dont see or speak to them within that time. If you speak to them or see them in that time you end up going back to square one....oh and doing the worst thing ever which is say I love you!!

Just breathe in suck it all up and let go,once it's happened a few times the heart don't feel pain anymore you become numb to it.Women are complex creatures take my ex for example,she split with me a year ago and now all of a sudden she's contacting me and all around me again..

Takes a while to get back into that frame of mind when you're really f*cked up. It took me about 5 months or so, but then I did get back out sh*gging again, and it was great! Also I found the amount of time I spent thinking about her died down with time. At first it was every day, then after a few months it would be every few days I'd feel down about it. After 6 months or so it was about once a week.

Gym, focus on something positive. I was with my missus for 5 years, and after she fooked me over I was that much into that Couple routine. I did not know what to do with myself after I finished work, just kind of sat home feeling numb and lost.
Getting p1ssed and ******** some ***** is all good if you did not really love the ex but trust me if you did you will feel lost and pining for her in the morning

I saw an ex of mine a couple of weeks ago. I was very tempted to arrest her!
Or at least go G20 on her.
Instead, I smiled sweetly as I know she'll now be paranoid that she will be getting arrested pretty soon

Go steady buying stuff, it doesn't necessarily work and then you end up p*ssed off with the debt and resenting the thing you bought and what it means.

Mind you, I had a very drunk conversation with my ex, gist of the conversation was not comfortable (she ended it) and I got the distinct impression she was going to do something silly. Well if she expected me to come running she was sadly mistaken, 1 I was rat ar5ed, 2 she was 250 miles away.
So I withheld my number and rang her new bloke (neither of then knew I had it) telling him to go round hers for the reason above.
Sure enough, 2 packets of painkillers and a litre of vodka were missing.
Never did get a thank you for saving her misserable fecking life.

Best way to deal with it, Clubs, drink, e's and milly's! Did the trick for me
