Those who can't teach....
Do I work for the daftest company or is it just me? With productivity down in my job down about 10 of us have been hand picked to go on a "training course" tomorrow even though its a bank holiday and we must all attend no questions asked.
Now if productivity is down then i think its a great idea to get some training on the go but not if the training is being co-ordinated by a person who took on the job because he couldn't actually get sales himself
Its a bit of a mockery in my humblest of opinions.
Needed to get that off my chest as i've been sent half way across the country today to work in Stroke City and i'm not best amused
