Its not as easy as that.... If its milk then IMO it should be room, white should be a little brittle but not hard, Dark should be fridge!
Technically white chocolate is not chocolate but you know what I mean. My mother in law is a kind of pastry chief so I am big on all things sweet. You cant beat REAL chocolate (min 75%) cold enough that it has a snap to it.
I know this post could actually make me into a women but its a risk I am willing to take.

Best way to have chocolate (IMHO) is to put a chunk in the roof of your mouth and then drink very hot coffee and let the chocolate melt.
