Yes: should do the job.
Use the "slim" version as the standard version is bundled with yahoo toolbar (something that serves no useful prupose, clutters up your computer and hogs memory).
Yahoo-free "slim" version is found on the bottom of the page here: CCleaner - Builds

Go into 'Options' and 'Cookies' to tell it to keep any cookies you need to. Like ones that remember your username for internal web sites etc etc.

The only problem with deleting your user profile, if your not technical enough to "save any work", is that you will lose all of your settings. Your desktop icons, IE favourites, mail profile, email signatures (if you use outlook), your My Documents folder!!

Any of the above will do it, make sure it rewrites 7 times and it is very hard to retrieve. Certainly beyond the casual user, and you would have to be accused of something extremely serious for the Police to bother.

Delete all the URL1, URL2 etc that you don't want in the address bar drop down list. If you delete only certain keys, make sure that the remaining keys are in renamed in sequential order start from url1. Otherwise you might corrupt your remaining keys.
Hope that helps

You may be creating another problem for yourself by installing unlicensed software on your machine for which your company has no license. All you need is already built into windows.
assuming you are using windows XP or Vista
Click Start
Click Run
type cmd
then type the following and press enter
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 1
repeat this command replcaing 1 with 2 / 8 / 16 / 32 / 255 / 4351
Job Done.
I would carry out a full AV sweep on the machine as well before putting it near your company network.

ClearMyTracksByProcess 1 will clear the browsing history
2 will delete all cookies
8 Will delete temporary internet files
16 will erase all stored form data
32 will delete any locally stored passwords
255 will delete all history, browsing history and typed URLs
4351 is the same as 255 but will delete these from IE add-on tools
