The old boy has been looking around for a new car and came across this lot. He likes what he sees but it's one of those deals where you only get the V5 after about 3 months. I'm sure i've seen a few people on SN get similar deals where they withold the V5 - any imput anyone?

5.3 Most vehicles supplied are pre-registered with delivery miles. This means you will not be the first registered keeper.

and

All vehicles sold by Cheap Cars Online are brand new uk vehicles, pre registered, with delivery mileage only. We do not sell imports, used vehicles, or nearly new vehicles.

In which case I don't understand your question. The v5 being held is about volume registering cars for fleet deals. Once the stipulated period has passed then the V5 gets sent on. If these are all pre-regs already then you are second owner same as the withheld v5 car would be.

I was more aiming at - has anyone had any problems actually getting the V5 after the stipulated periods.
These deals just seem really good so i was lookin to find the down sides - if any.
Are there any companies out there that the SN massive have dealt with?
