Wondered if anyone could suggest a good removal company ?
Doesn't have to be the cheapest - but if anyone has claimed for breakages & had a painless experience in getting their claim sorted - thats sometimes worth paying a little more for in the long run.
Anyone have any experiences ?

Ro, my friends moved (3 bed house) from Esher to Woking, used a small local firm who did all the packing, and they were very impressed. If you want I will try to get the contacts. Not sure about the price but if impressed overall it couldn't have been that much. I don't think there were any breakages. I was helping them on moving day, I say helping, they were that competent we basically made the tea!
Let me know (here not by email)

A friend of mine owns a company (small and friendly one). If I say so myself he's very good (But I suppose eveyone would say that). He also does commercial moves (is the preferred contractor for Wandsworth Council for the last 15 years +).
Rates are very good. I can give you his number if you want.
Regards,
Peter
