Petition the Prime Minister to resign
The best No. 10 petition to date. He'll not take a blind bit of notice but just think of the PR value of getting a million+ people to sign!

guys, the online petition looks as though it were set up by the government. Everything is going electronic now so no paper trails are left and thus no accountability for anyone. It would have more impact if someone turned up with actual signed signatures of a couple of thousand tbh instead of digital ones. They give you the illusion you have a choice and a freedom of speech when in fact you dont. Why do you think they have banned demo's outside parliament and put up these so called ''petitions'' online? think about it.
But anyone can LOOk at this. Just need the press to get wind of it and start mentioning it and more people will sign. Flash will not take any notice but it's got to be s good thing if his party see even more how despised he is in the country.
Go on, sign up. Risk a visit in the night from some jackbooted yobs who won't let you make even one phone call .......

I'd not vote Labour if there were to be a General Election tomorrow, and they could trace that I hadn't voted for them if they wanted. Who knows whether they do or not as a matter of course for entry onto some database or other?

Brown doesn't give a flying kak about your opinion or anyone else's. He will just hang around number 10 until he is booted out either by election or by some other useless labourite.
We only have the illusion of democracy, and all politiicans seem to care a lot more about the ££££££s than they do about morality, society, the future of this country.
On the other hand I don't mind chipping in if anyone wants to start a new party - I shouldn't be involved because at heart I am a fascist dictator. Some common sense policies would be nice i.e pro motorist, compulsory sterilisation of dole scum, right to destroy criminals if on your property (or near car), serious prison/death sentences for serious crime etc etc.

If he had any pride or decency he would have resigned. He is an incompetent fool who has led us onto this financial situation as Blair's second in command and now as unelected prime minister.
Blair and brown where both incapable of fixing the roof whilst the sun was shining and now we have Alastair Darling who cannot even add up or make his budget sums tally.
FFS they are the elected party running and ruining this country!

It may have escaped your notice, but the party elects its Leader - we, the public, elect the party to govern us ...... and that we did, returning Labour.
We do NOT vote for a Leader to lead us ...

Oh come on Pete, elected by his own party, not by the people of the country he governs which is just not right at all. The electorate should decide who is the PM, not a bunch of his own party members.
Next election will oust him and his croneys, and to replace them is probably a slightly better option but not as good as we deserve. It show just how bad NL has gort when they stanfd to loose to not very good opposition!

Any party can change Leader at any time - no need or requirement to ask the people ...... it is how it has been for many, many years.

So, to recap he is unelected by the people of this country!
Yes, it is about time things changed and countrywide elections are held for each and every change of PM & government instead of having the likes of Brown foisted upon us.
thankfully and shortly he will be booted out.

It is different to the current law and way of doing things, so what.
When that law was made we where still shoving kids up chimneys to clean the chimney, child marriages, badger baiting, **** fighting, etc.
About time for a change however what gov't will want to do this, none i do doubt.
Just beacuse this is how we used to do it doesn't make it right for this day and age.
