Ebay and postage
I bought a couple of cheap items from Ebay on Tuesday, both were advertised as being sent Royal mail 1st class standard. One item arrived yesterday and the second today.
I was in no particular rush for either item but todays item was sent 2nd class.
Do you think it's worth contacting the seller as I only bought through them because of the price and 1st class postage?
Not sure if Ebay are bothered about that sort of thing or not.
Your thoughts?

My thoughts are..........
I would value my time too high to waste it debating over the fact that an item was posted 2nd class as opposed to first class. In fact I'm concerned that by even replying to your post I'm letting my life force ooze from my fingertips!

Would send a quick not saying you are not impressed, but dont expect much of a reply. Egay wont care, and the seller will just say it was a mix up.
Reflect it in feedback

Considering the amount of fraudsters on ebay and the fact you recieved them promptly I cant see a problem. Never would think of checking the envelope or parcel for postage costs. How much are we talking here 50p £1 ?

I recently sold a load of subaru bits on eBay and i had to wait 7 days for one bellend to pay me, and as soon as he paid, he then started sending me messages asking exactly when they would be delivered, "can you please tell me when they will arrive, i need my car back on the road" etc etc
