Convictions: Really it was just arson but it turned out his kids were in there so they said two counts murder one. Not very fair to me!!

hold on your all missing the big picture, how could the guy change from saying it was rape to not rape if he was murdered? Surely she would have thought im getting raped so ill kill him asap.

He was cleared of rape by means of DNA evidence, if you read the profile properly. This can be done post-mortem.
