Liverpool and Man Utd Fans
Explain this:
Liverpool fans (and leeds, and others) take the pee and sing "always look on the runway for ice" to the tune of "always look on the bright side of life" during games against Man Utd.
Yet no one is allowed to accuse Liverpool fans of causing the Hillsborough deaths, or even joke about it without causing outrage.
Why the double standards....?

Very few fans of any club laugh or sing about deaths of fans or players of rival teams.
Just a handful of idiots.
You can't explain stupidity with any small minority.

So they dont then? Many MANY more people died in alot more situations that get overlooked. If you wanted to call me a looney you could have picked up on the fact that I said Scousers know how to milk it, which was a little light hearted, but no, you didnt. You picked up on something that Im right about and call me a looney?

Call me what you want, you think I'll be too concerned? No I wont! And my point is, what the hell are you calling me for anyway? did you just decide you would be an **** today and ignore my post and pick up on the smallest of things and be akward about it? There was NOTHING in that post that is offensive apart from slightly calling scousers for milking it, which as I said, was very light hearted. if you have an issue with it then I guess you have many many trouble to get through in life

They went to watch a match, and died because they were victims of bad crowd control.
Shame on you.

Shame on me for what? Explain please? my light hearted comment wasnt about those that died so STFU.... My light hearted comment was about every other "liverpool" fan (majority of which aint even from Liverpool) who feel the need to mourn over it. Ive already said in my original post my true feelings about it. It was a horrid thing to happen over something that could easily be avoided but if you want to be an **** and say that shame should be upon me then I suggest you get a life because there will be alot more people who will say alot worse things.

You wouldn't mourn the death of someone in another family you don't know either, same thing.

Going off track now, I feel my original post was taken well out of context by over sensitive idiots, but such is the way of these times I guess

It was a tragic event and changed lots of things.Heysel Stadium was before it though and was a warning.
I can see the double standards the OP refers to but its not the right time or place

You wont argue because you dont even know what you are arguing about... You have no honest reply to give me as to why I should have shame on me. Thanks for your time an input though

No I understand that, but its easily forgotten about isnt it? Especially when Liverpool fans were to blame for that event. How many Liverpool fans remember the date of Bradfords stadium fire? And was it made such a big fuss about pre Hillsborough? Not that Im saying either are more worthy of being remembered. That would be a little sick.
