Cool Is age important to you, ie: friends, partner, etc

I see loads of comments on Scoobynet about this age thing. People think if the person is say, 18, they are guaranteed to be "hot". Not so, there are some serious dogs, both sexes in this age range
I never look at someone and think, ooooh how old are they. I find I either like them or I don't. Age does not come into the equation.
I find some young people physically repulsive, as I do some older people.
Young, does not always mean "good looking".
I always take a person as they are, no matter how young or old they are. It is just not that important.
How do you lot think

When it comes to friends age is not important to me, but I'm almost past it as I'm an old ****** now so I would say that!

I just look to see if they have big ****.

My mates range from 59 (my dad counts as a mate) to 18.

I don't really consider age an issue for partners, I'll **** anything that I find attractive.
And who's desperate enough to **** me! Still, I tend to be drawn to women in uniformed services at the moment, especially nurses.

Most of my best mates through the years have been older than me. I dont seem to get on as well with my own age group.

As for wimmins, I'd rather have Rene Russo or Marcia Cross than Alexa Chung. Not that I'm opposed to younger wimmins, TBH I'd do owt that offered within reason

Oi, you pair, this is a serious debate

I find it funny that the youngsters on here, automatically think they are soooo sexy just because they are young. I can assure you, they are not

I just wondered if anyone else thinks, age does not matter
I like the over 40 blokes, some on here are downright sexxxy. The younger ones put them down, I have no idea why. Some of the older ones have spades above the younger ones

Yes, it is important. I couldn't have a close friendship with someone whom I couldn't connect with through shared life experience.

Age is a very random thing for me, I'm 23 but when i was 18 i was the youngest person in my place of work and to make it worse i was the Assistant Manager so everyone under me was at least 30. I learnt quickly to act like an adult so most of my friends are a good few years older than me and to be honest if you are not at least 21 i disregard most of your input into life as i think that was the age that i finally grew up and understood things alot better.

I have a few friends my own age but find it hard to interact with them as i just don't "get" them anymore as i worry and talk about money, paying bills, putting food on the table whereas there biggest worry is who's paying for the taxi home from a night out drinking.

I would like to say in the past year though i have took my head out of my *** and dumbed down and its been great

As for women 36 is a great vintage

Physical age is not really an issue for me, I will engage in conversation with anyone on the same level. Takes me a long time to call someone a friend, but mates can be any age really.

As for partners, mine is 22 I'm 36 and I really don't give a **** about the people who have negative opinions on that lol. We are happy, so ner.

Friends, not so important. A couple of mine are doing A levels, but I can only spend so much time with them before they do my head in.

Partner wise, has to be near my own age. When I was 27 I was daiting a 21 yo. Sex was great, but OMG, nightmare other wise.

I was seeing a girl 10 years younger than myself and regularly told her that I had life experience She thought it was great that she was seeing a cop.

Actually, thinking about it, I seem to just go out with girls called Emma or Claire (no comments please ). Imagine what'd happen if I met an Emma who is a nurse.

Oh, I have!

She's only 9 months older than me.

You are one of my best buddies. If you were 18 it would not matter to me.
I do agree with what you say though.

When I have to go into uni, I get really fed up with the 16/17/18 year olds who are there doing A Levels.

I always hope they slip don the stairs. But that's mainly due to them being chavs and referring to myself and my colleagues as "naw, man, 'choo sayin'? It's da the five-0, ya gits me?"

The *****.

Lol I know what you mean.
Age is just a number (within legal reason) its what's in the heart and mind that matters to me. Chantal has stuck with me through all sorts of rubbish, health, wealth etc, and I'm lucky to have her. She acts far more mature than some girls I know twice her age.

Looks again not always inportant, but a bonus lol. I'm blessed

Thats it to a T. Just because you are younger, does not mean you are better looking. It just bugs the hell out of me, when the youngsters on here imply us older folks are, errr not as attractive.

I can name a few older scoobynetters who would "drown" the youngsters in the looks stakes.

Age to me, is nothing. It is all down to personality, sexiness and wisdom.
If you are a youngster with all that, then crow about yourself

I dont think age is a major issue, as long as you connect on some level then surely that is what counts ? To dismiss someone because they are out of your age bracket or generation is a silly thing to do because you could potentially be missing out on either a great relationship or friendship.

When I was younger, physical appearance used to be the main key (which is only natural) but as you mature, you realise that looks, age etc are not important and in fact what they say is just as fun......

though a cracking pair of hooters does help
