What tracker for new car?
Hi all,
Just bought a Z4M Coupe and every insurance company I call requires me to have a tracker fitted.
What is the best value tracker out there? I'm not concerned about how safe it is as my car will be locked away but just concerned about getting insured and do not want to spend £400- £500 on a Tracker

RAC Trackstar did the trick for me.
No tracker is cheap due to the monthly fees really.
A friend has a Z4M too, im sure you will enjoy it lol. Surely with a car like that its worth having the best available. Trackstar has safe speed which can be a saviour at times.

Don't s'pose you bought it from Dick Lovett (Hungerford) did you!? I was supposed to be viewing a Z4MC last Saturday but it sold on the Friday, was gutted ... they're rare as rocking horse **** at the moment - only 4 BMW 'Approved Used' Z4MCs in the whole of the UK.
As for insurance ... I spoke to A-Plan in Thatcham and they quoted me the best premium, and no need for a Tracker.
Also, from experience, I had the RAC Trackstar in my old P1 and a search on the P1WOC will tell you that they are a useless shower...!

No I bought it from Broad Oak. Yes they are so rare. Thats why I grabbed it. Lovely cars. Would have liked a slightly better colour but still well pleased. I'll keep away from the RAC ones then. Thanks
