I waited in all day yesterday and by 6 pm I phone them and the lady I spoke to quite sharpely snapped back it will be there by 7 pm.

Anyways it didn't turn up.

Check my credit card statement and I have been refunded the money but I still have the TV

Does that mean its mine now

I'd just keep the TV until they ask for it back and arrange to collect it.

 

But, I would keep quiet ......

I had to go to court to get mine for free ..... it seems that the value of a bust TV is less than the costs of collection?

 

I can be really awkward about them picking it up though after I wasted a day waiting for them to turn up

 

I feel a fight coming on

I got on holiday for two weeks soon so they will have to wait until I get back
