Must be !!!! Tonight as usual I have seen so many cars with only one light working.... And why is it when you come across a car driving without lights in total darkness,And you wonder why no one else will flash them to let them know...

It is only illegal to have both headlamps working if you don't leave on your foglamps ....

BugEyed: don't you mean if you do leave your fogs on, with the driving lights? (only allowed side lights on with fogs)

Got followed at distances of between 150 feet and 15 feet in serious snow on the A9 on Saturday night by a van with one headlight. An AA van. [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
