Well, Radio 1 got over £1m for the Mountain climb and other various Breakfast show antics. Quite impressive.

Was at Morrisons earlier picking up a couple bits I needed. Gave about 60-70p in shrapnell as it's all I have. Gave £10 online last year and the year before, so I don't feel bad.

Many years ago I got ££££££££'s in pledges from those on ScoobyNet in exchange for me not mentioning my 'pet' subjects, like Gay Gold Wheels, CockLinks, etc.

I think I got the most pledged if I shut my gob for a whole week ......

None. Sorry, but at this time I think we should be looking at charities closer to home.

A couple of red noses and some cakes from my daughters school.

Its on our tv but I'm not really paying much attention. I find the african things upsetting and any help can only be good. Yes its a bit ***** but its a worthy cause none the less.

The african stuff upsets me but they can't help the situation they are in, its the parents in this country that should no f*cking better that gets me the most.

One of the reasons why I don't really want any more children is that I can't bring myself to inflict this sh*t hole of a planet on something that will take such a big chunk of me.

£0 to comic relief but I give monthly to the RNLI and I raised nearly £1000 myself last year for CLIC.

the Africa thing is like a bottomless hole/pit, 25 years ago we were collecting at school silver foil and plastic bottle tops etc to send grain and get water wells made. Are these still there working?

I'm just waiting till we get the pleading adverts on 'our' TV to send money to Zimbabwe. (sp)
A lot tof 'their' problem is their own government self inflicted with corrupt leaders, that seem to think that the western world is there to help them out of their own problems that they could sort out themselves.

Just heard on the news this morning that REDNose days had raised £54m so far, how much of that will be swallowed up in the bottomless money pit.

My wife bought 2 red noses, one red magnetic nose for her car, a red wig and 2 quid in the boys nursey to allow him to wear them.

I was stopped in my truck by a gang of yoofs dressed as cartoon dogs, they shook a bucket at my window so I chucked a couple of pound of slummy in it. But only because I couldnt drive off and the dog was quite fit, I was stuck at the lights traffic.

Now the Polish carwash geezer is not getting a tip.

I have an idea how to get a bit more milage out of the red wig and two squeeze on red noses, but thats for later on, if she doesnt mind.

£0. I think there are far more deserving charities out there, such as cancer or animal welfare charities.

I'm not big into charity but that made me laugh, you place the welfare of animals above humans, regardless to where in the world they may be?
