Default One for the ladies .....and fat duffers who like chocolate cake

The most dangerous chocolate cake in the world ???

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 800 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world ?

Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

I've done it! Had to substitute coca with drinking chocolate, but it worked!

Thank you!

Well showed the idea to she 'who loves chocolate' at home and she thought it was a cracking idea so went and got the ingredients out the cupboard and got to it

She wasn't impressed when I pulled out the back of the cupboard some vanilla extract that I had had for * ahem* a while. 11 years out of date to be precise

Anyway in it went and 3 minutes later

Looks like a large turd laid by someone who had been eating peanuts (they are white chocolate chips btw )

We had a letter from our little one's school saying they are doing various things for Red Nose day including a cake stall .

I counted how many mugs we have in the cupboard

Popular bloke ?? No no you misunderstood me. I counted the mugs for the good lady to take, along with our microwave and a ton of ingredients. I am so generous sometimes

What do you think. A placard with "poop in a mug" only 40 p

Being a bloke and crap at cooking, can you just bung all the ingredient into the cup in any order and mix it up?
