DFS Winter Sale: when will it ever end?
How many more times will the TV adverts deceive us with their "must end Sunday" claim?
Theis sale's now been going on for 12 weeks and still shows no genuine sign of coming to an end.
To paraphrase an earlier comedian: "My mother-in-law is so old, she can remember when DFS didn't have a sale on!"

bought this sofa i am now sitting on from them a year ago and can honestly say i'd rather sit on the floor than ever give them money again. You defo get what you pay for with them and that is shoddy piece of **** sofa's.

I have to switch channels whenever I hear that blokes voice. It grates on me so much I could cheerfully, kill him.
It's like torture the amount of ads they put on tv. Surely they can be stopped

"Inherited" two (originally Harrods jobs but not actually very posh) and got the other from Sofa Workshop (now closed down I think).
I cannot think of anything more hideous than buying a tacky ****e leather sofa from DFS.
They give out 4 years 0% finance now - no clearer sign that they are deeply in the mire.

What sort of household takes Grandma and Grandad out sofa-shopping and listens to their advice anyway? That's a sure-fire way of coming home with bugger all.

I paid for this Fabric protection and when i went to claim they sent me out a bottle of fluid Had to get someone out to clean it who told me it has the tiniest coating of scotch guard EVER! Funnily enough DFS didn't care.

Where is a good place to buy a leather suite then, that sells quality furniture?
We had a run out to their Darley Dale branch yesterday as we'll soon be replacing our sofa.
I've never personally had any dealings with them so I can't comment first hand but our visit seemed quite pleasant and the leather suites I thought were decent enough.
