Simple, use a free program called Joikuspot

JoikuSpot

It allows you to use your phone's 3G data and turns your phone into a wireless hotspot. So you can use the wifi on your laptop to connect to the joikuspot network.

Tried it on my Nokia E90, it works well.

Mobile Internet, Mobile Broadband and Mobile TV - T-Mobile web'n'walk legal stuff link at the bottom suggests you need or are supposed to pay another £5 a month on top to be allowed to use your phone as a modem.

install nokia pc suite and use your phone as modem..
only drawback is you need to have bluetooth in your lappy or you have to connect via usb
