Origin Blue i - faulty!

My Origin Blue i has developed a fault. When first switched on the unit works properly for a few minutes then loses the satellite lock. It then says it is searching for a new lock but never manages to achieve one. The only way to get it to work again is to reboot. After a few minutes the same thing happens. I have spoken to Origin and am sending it back for them to have a look at. Anyone else had this happen?
