... or maybe not as the case maybe!

Can "kind" of see where the judge was coming from... but in this case cant really agree with the reasoning.

If I understand this right, he got away with it because e was starting a new job.... Not good enough. That is no excuse.
When I am running things (and wait for the guardian readers to flap there wings in protest) People like him will get a proper beating in public with a big stick.
Stupid dirty scum bucket. Hopefully the next person he decides to punch in the face is not so governed by the law and breaks his spine.

That said, with the publicity the case has received, wouldn't it be a shame if the new boss removed the offer of a job lol.

There are some crap ones out there, but in fairness some really good ones too.

Just seems that all the really outrageous stuff goes before the lame ones that "pity" them, and send them to the caribbean to make a difference.
