unfortunately i watched this film AFTER getting dragged around a Newcastle shopping centre

I must admit it is a pile of pants, I remember Dave being away so I got it out of the local video shop and settled back for a girly night of wine and chocolates and this film. What a disappointment!
If I haden't read the book first though, it may have been a different story. The book is brilliant, and you absolutely hate the boss with a passion, which I also felt was lacking in the film.
And in the REAL ending, she sticks 2 fingers up at the b1tch and tells her to F$@* off in front of a load of important fashion people. Obviously not a happy enough ending for the film.

i watched it with the mrs and thought it wasn't too bad actually. both anne hathaway and the other assistant bird were suitably fit enough for me to keep my eyes on the tv
