i did notice that a lot of meat was left on the shelves that was from the EU. i saw that shoppers were reading the labels on the food so the message has hit home to a lot of people.

and my weekly shopping did not cost anymore than usual

we buy EU pork that has been cruelly treated when it was alive but we dont eat our own (no cruelty) as its a bit dearer

Just checked and unfortunately my sausages and bacon are all just EU produced, dunno about British produced. I'm getting the ashes and sack cloth ready now...

i had a good moan to the Asda manager as a joint of Asda pork said ORIGIN UK, when i looked at the label it said the meat was from the EU but slaughtered in the UK
